2. Service Description

VerbaVox provides real-time voice and video translation services for phone calls, video calls, and in-person conversations. Our AI-powered technology translates speech between 55+ languages instantly.

3. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and using VerbaVox, you agree to receive SMS messages for account verification purposes.

• Message Frequency: Verification codes are sent only when you request them (typically once per login/signup)
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from VerbaVox
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@verbavox.net

4. Subscription Plans

VerbaVox offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $9.99/week - 100 minutes + 10 bonus minutes
• Monthly Plan: $29.99/month - 300 minutes + 10 bonus minutes
• Annual Plan: $59.99/year - 700 minutes + 10 bonus minutes

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VerbaVox for:

• Illegal activities or harassment
• Recording calls without consent where required by law
• Sharing account credentials with others

6. Limitation of Liability

VerbaVox provides translations on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for translation errors or misunderstandings. Do not use VerbaVox for emergency services, legal proceedings, or medical consultations where accuracy is critical.
